Operations Manager
Juliette is a well-established business management leader offering more than 20 years of dental business success. Juliette, a Peninsula native, graduated with honors from Menlo College Business School where she learned to successfully combine her clinical knowledge with her passion for business management. She oversees our business management and staff development while rounding out our well-balanced team as our operations manager.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and volunteering in the community.
Jessica S.
Financial Coordinator
Joining our front office team in 2020, Jessica crunches the numbers for our patients and creates financial plans that fit within their budgets. She enjoys meeting new people and learning new things, but most of all, she loves seeing our patients’ smiles!
In her spare time, Jessica likes spending time with her boyfriend and finding new places to explore, like new places to eat or go hiking. They also like to spend weekends with family and catching up on TV shows that they like to binge!
Kimberlee
Senior Scheduling Coordinator
Kimberlee is always the first smile to welcome you to our office as our highly attentive scheduling coordinator. She attentively anticipates the needs of our patients while ensuring we deliver exceptional care to each and every one. She has excelled in different customer service settings since 1995, joining our team in 2014, where she enjoys working closely with people to build a harmonious relationship. She cheerfully motivates her peers with her vivacious personality and joyfully encourages everyone to be at their very best every single day.
Kimberlee, a San Mateo native, enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two young daughters.
Gabrielle
Scheduling Coordinator
Gabrielle graduated from UCSC with a BS degree in Human Biology. Her previous experience included working in hospitals in the ER, PACU, ICU, and obstetrics and gynecology departments. She was also the lead dental assistant in a periodontal office until joining our team in 2022. Now, she manages a well-run schedule to provide a smooth flow for our doctors and staff while ensuring lots of time for our patients to get the attention they deserve.
Gabrielle met her husband Koen, who lived in the Netherlands at the time, online playing video games! In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their small Yorkie, Toto, cooking new recipes, playing video games, and watching their favorite TV shows and movies.
Christina
Treatment Coordinator
Christina works with families as a liaison to help them through the new-patient consultation process. She has 27 years of experience in the dental field working as a Registered Dental Assistant, front office coordinator, insurance coordinator, office manager, and treatment coordinator. Christina enjoys building relationships with patients and knowing that she’s played a part in making a difference in their lives.
Christina and her husband Kris have been married for 17 years. They have two sons, Sean and Dylan. She loves exercising, cycling, walking along the beach, and gardening in her spare time.
Maria
Registered Orthodontic Assistant
Maria is our skilled lead orthodontic assistant with a caring and gentle touch. Since joining our team in 2007, Maria has taken on many responsibilities in keeping us organized and operational. She is a loyal and dedicated team member who brings a smile to everyone around her with her kindness and enthusiasm.
Jessica P.
Registered Dental Assistant
As a part of our clinical team, Jessica adds and removes a variety of orthodontic appliances depending on Drs. Kurth and Chew’s treatment assessment. She completed her dental assisting education and licensure in San Diego in 2013, and has been a member of our team since 2020. Jessica enjoys meeting new people and seeing how much they change during their treatment. She’s also always excited to learn new skills!
Jessica has two daughters and loves traveling with them. They especially enjoy trips to the beach and exploring new hiking trails.
Tina
Orthodontic Assistant
Tina was born and raised in San Mateo where she still resides. She is a compassionate dental assistant with more than six years of orthodontic experience. She absolutely loves making a difference in people’s lives, building relationships, and seeing the amazing end results. She always keeps a positive attitude. She loves working with children, and previously was a nanny in high school and college.
In her spare time, Tina loves to bake and spend time with her family. She loves to make cakes, cookies, and goodies for friends and family. She also enjoys bowling with her boyfriend in their bowling league on the weekends.
Jessica W.
RDA, Invisalign Coordinator
Jessica, a Peninsula native, has been a registered dental assistant for 20 years and has specialized in orthodontics for 12 years. She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know her patients on a personal level. What she loves most about orthodontics is seeing the treatment outcome — gorgeous smiles. Jessica’s knowledge and passions have a great influence on our patient’s orthodontic experience.
Jessica loves spending time with her husband and boy/girl twins. She enjoys bike riding, planting succulents, cooking, and photography. Her favorite thing to do is boating and visiting different lakes around California. She’s active in the community and coaches soccer and softball. Jessica is an active volunteer in her children’s school with activities like room-mom, yearbook committee, and trip chaperone.
Nicole
Sterilization Tech
Nicole helps to maintain our office’s cleanliness protocols by ensuring that instruments are clean, sterile, and ready for treatment. Always ready to learn new things and grow both personally and professionally, she has been an outstanding addition to our team this past year. She, along with everyone on our team, is vital to making our office a truly amazing place to be.
When she’s not at work, Nicole enjoys crafting and spending time with her family and cat.
Koen
Digital Coordinator
Koen coordinates our patients’ digital records, including iTero® scans and photos, in addition to sending out virtual care emails and texts, keeping track of the lab manager, and helping out in the clinic whenever necessary. He loves working with people and seeing them happy with the results—their smiles really make his day!
Koen moved to the Foster City area in December 2021 to be with his wife Gabrielle. He loves it here! They have a dog who they love like crazy and gets spoiled a lot! Koen likes to read, watch movies and series, and play video games in his spare time.
